Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately, ensuring a friendly atmosphere. Operate the cash register, handling transactions efficiently and accurately. Assist in food preparation and ensure all items are prepared according to restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, kitchen, and dining space. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality of food. Manage time effectively during peak hours to maintain service speed without compromising quality. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure a positive experience. Experience Previous experience in a culinary or food service role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is a plus, as well as knowledge of upselling techniques.
