The ideal candidate for this position would be able to provide exceptional hospitality, friendly, outgoing, punctual, an effective communicator and be able to work as a team while supporting the General Manager in leading the team. You will learn all front of the house positions such as, Server, Bartender, Barista, Expo and Host. In this position you will be a key holder, support closing duties, cash handling, training and development of the team and also be active in serving within the restaurant as part of the tip pool.
