Front of House Staff Il Gufo Garden City, NY 11530 Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our dynamic team. Servers, Bar tenders, runners, and bussers. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests and ensuring a high standard of service. The ideal candidates will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Experience in food service or bartending is a plus. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression. Take and process customer orders accurately and efficiently. Assist with food preparation and handling, adhering to safety and hygiene standards. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the dining experience. Support bartending duties as needed, including mixing drinks and serving beverages. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including dining tables and waiting areas. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages. Assist with banquet setups and catering events as required. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their experience. Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is advantageous. Bartending experience is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
