Requirements include strong organization skills, time management, attention to detail, food/wine/beverage knowledge, and a desire to provide unsurpassed hospitality. Ideal Candidates would have the following prerequisites and characteristics: Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant
Desire and dedication to learn and offer fine dining service
A minimum of two years in fine dining
Organization and multi-tasking skills
An enthusiastic and outgoing demeanor
Ability to work as a team player
The ability to dedicate a year towards a growth position

Compensation:

The base pay range for this position is paid a minimum wage and a tip credit is taken when applicable. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, etc. This position requires OPEN AVAILABILITY- daytime hours, evening hours and weekends. We are a new concept in NYC serving Seafood, Sushi, and other Japanese fare; in a high end bar environment. Full menu and full bar offerings 6 days a week. We look forward to hearing from you!
