The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires a passion for the food industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding hospitality. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that all orders are complete and presented beautifully. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any issues that may arise. Help maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and needs promptly. Support catering events as needed, ensuring all food is handled properly and served according to standards. Collaborate with team members to create a positive dining experience for all guests. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling and safety practices is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with both customers and team members. A background in hospitality or catering can enhance your candidacy for this role.
