Food Runners primarily work expo with chef and run dishes to the tables. In addition, they’ll work with our server assistants and assist with bussing tables, polishing glass/silverware, set up and breakdown while providing excellent customer service and working in a high-volume environment. Responsibilities Garnish & Clean Dishes before running to guests. Run dishes to guests and describe dish. Assist servers with bussing tables Help set up and/or breakdown of restaurant Running food and assisting the expo Assist bar with ice, glassware restock Make coffees, teas, etc(training available) Skills Be able to provide excellent customer service Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Be able to multi-task and take direction for tasks given Barista training is a plus but not required
