What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 2 years’ experience in fine dining and/or Japanese cuisine ???? Strong knowledge of wine and sake•knowledge will be tested ????️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ???? Availability on Sunday or Monday is a must ???? Able to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment ???? Warm, friendly, and enthusiastic personality ???? Self-motivated with a strong sense of independence•
Your Day-to-Day:
Welcome guests warmly and professionally Present and describe menu items with knowledge and passion Accurately take orders and liaise with the captains, kitchen and managers Deliver food and beverages efficiently and gracefully Anticipate guest needs and create memorable dining experiences Resolve guest concerns with grace and professionalism Maintain a clean, organized station and uphold presentation standards Collaborate seamlessly with team members to ensure smooth service•
