Open availability is a must. FULL availability on both Saturday AND Sunday required. No exceptions. Only hiring full-time positions. Prior experience in fine dining is preferred. All candidates applying should have at least two years of NYC serving experience, a thirst for knowledge, be dedicated and consistent employees, and embody the principles of hospitality.
