The Role:
We’re looking for dynamic, passionate Servers to join our front-of-house team. Ideal candidates have strong service experience, a love of nightlife culture, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional, attentive service with a polished and personable demeanor Provide informed recommendations on food, cocktails, and wine Collaborate with hosts, bar, and support staff to ensure smooth flow of service Uphold all safety, cleanliness, and hospitality standards Contribute to the energetic and inclusive atmosphere Monsieur is known for
Qualifications:
2+ year of experience in nightlife hospitality Excellent communication and multitasking skills
Flexible availability, including late nights, weekends, and holidays
Passion for hospitality, music, and downtown culture
Ability to thrive under pressure with grace and style
