Winder, GA 30680 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a vibrant dining environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the OpenTable system. Provide menu recommendations and upsell items to enhance guest satisfaction. Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards. Process payments using a cash register and handle cash transactions accurately. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience. Experience Previous experience as a Server in a culinary or nightclub setting is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Strong math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for guest interactions. Experience with cash registers or point-of-sale systems is an advantage.
