The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest experiences by ensuring smooth operations from the moment guests arrive until they leave. This position requires strong communication skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, providing a friendly and inviting atmosphere. Manage seating arrangements to optimize guest flow and satisfaction. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring quality standards are met. Assist guests with inquiries, providing information about menu items and specials. Address guest concerns or complaints with professionalism, ensuring a positive dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication throughout service. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests. Uphold high standards of guest relations and customer service at all times. Fill in for server during vacation and time off. Experience Previous restaurant experience or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling guest inquiries over the phone is advantageous. A background in restaurant or guest services will be beneficial for this role.
