Sodexo Live! is currently hiring part time Seasonal, Part-Time Banquet Servers for the Bristol Mountain in Canandaigua, New York . Bristol Mountain is the premier ski resort in the Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York that offers 1,200′ of vertical, 2 high speed quads and state-of-the-art snowmaking.

Seasonal:

June through December Hourly rate: $15.50

Job Overview:

As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional food service and guest relations. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with experience in the food industry and a passion for hospitality.

Duties:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including table settings, decorations, and audiovisual equipment
• Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any inquiries or special requests
• Clear tables and clean banquet rooms after events
• Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of food and beverages
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of meals
• Assist with bartending duties as needed
• Provide exceptional guest services throughout the event

Experience:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred
• Knowledge of banquet operations, including table settings and service techniques
• Familiarity with bartending and catering practices is a plus
• Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner
