In this role, you will provide an outstanding dining experience for our guests, showcasing your knowledge of culinary offerings and commitment to excellent service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for food service and a keen ability to upsell menu items while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor. Duties Shifts are Wednesday through Saturday 4pm-close. Sunday brunch 9am-4pm. Greet guests warmly and present menus with detailed descriptions of food and beverage offerings. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using Toast Provide recommendations for food pairings and upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience. Ensure all tables are set up properly, clean, and sanitized before guests arrive. Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including sanitizing tables and utensils after each use. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly. Experience Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant environments is preferred but willing to train. Familiarity with food service practices, including sanitation standards and culinary terminology. Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. A passion for providing excellent customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
