Duties & Responsibilities Welcome guests with warmth and provide top-tier service throughout their lounge experience Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring every detail—from condiments to dietary needs—is met with care Anticipate guest needs and go the extra mile to make each visit smooth and enjoyable Support a seamless flow between the kitchen and lounge, ensuring timely and polished service Create a relaxed, upscale atmosphere by being attentive, proactive, and professional Make every interaction count by combining efficiency with a personal touch Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the hospitality industry Must be at least 18 years old High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 lbs Must be reliable and available to work varied hours, weekends, and holidays CAO participants please contact your CAO Account Manager to complete the application process.
