Job Description
Server K-Pot Korean BBQ & Hot Pot 13620 Roosevelt Ave Ste 2M, Flushing, NY 11354 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing outstanding guest services and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and drink orders accurately using the OpenTable system. Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner. Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items, including culinary specialties. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism to enhance guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation and timely service. Process payments efficiently while ensuring accuracy in math calculations. Requirements Previous experience in the food industry or as a Server is preferred. Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest satisfaction. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales and guest services. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
