Process Server 3.2 3.2 out of 5 stars Rockland, NY Busy legal service firm is looking for an experienced process server to join out team as an employee on a contract to cover Rockland County, NY. Former / retired law enforcement are welcome to apply!
Duties:
- Serve legal documents in a timely and professional manner
- Follow all legal requirements and guidelines for serving documents
- Maintain accurate records of all served documents
Requirements:
- Experience preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- At least 6 months of experience process serving
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Knowledge of legal procedures and regulations related to process serving
- Smart phone
