• Responsibilities
• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and courteous manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Ensure customer satisfaction by checking on them regularly
• Process payments using cash registers and handle cash transactions
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Skills
• Proficiency in food handling and preparation
• Knowledge of basic math for order taking and billing
• Experience in fine dining or the food industry is a plus
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate Aloha POS system is preferred
• Strong communication skills to interact with customers and team members
