Customer Service Server Seven Beach Lane 7 Beach Lane, Westhampton Beach, NY 11978 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Lunch Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant and nightclub environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food safety and preparation. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing their orders and needs. Duties Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly, ensuring presentation meets our standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Handle cash register transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and delivery. Adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling payments. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively. Excellent communication skills to interact with guests, team members, and management. Previous experience with food preparation or bussing is an advantage. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
