Host/Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Responsibilities Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to coordinate orders and resolve any issues. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service area, including clearing tables and resetting for new guests. Uphold high standards of guest service by being attentive and responsive to guest needs. Assist with restocking supplies as needed throughout the shift. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction. Experience in restaurant settings is preferred; familiarity with food service operations is a plus. Excellent phone etiquette for handling guest inquiries or reservations. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy in order delivery. A passion for hospitality and helping others create memorable dining experiences.
