This is For lunch shifts 11am to 4pm .The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that each dining experience is memorable, from taking orders to delivering food and beverages with professionalism and care. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus, providing detailed information about menu items and specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using a cash register or Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring presentation meets our fine dining standards. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or needs promptly. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for incoming guests. Adhere to food safety standards and regulations to ensure the health and safety of all patrons. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions. Process payments accurately, handling cash transactions with attention to detail. Requirements Previous experience in a server or hospitality role preferred, particularly in fine dining settings. Strong math skills for handling cash register transactions accurately. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure. A culinary background or interest in food preparation can enhance your effectiveness in this role.
