Role:

As a Server at The Farm Italy, you are the face of The Farm Italy experience. You set the tone for each guest’s visit—welcoming them warmly, guiding them through our vibrant menu, and ensuring each meal is memorable from start to finish. You’ll work alongside a passionate, tight-knit team that values excellence, collaboration, and genuine connection.

What You Bring:

2+ years of serving experience in a high-volume, upscale or upscale casual dining restaurant Outgoing, energetic, and committed to providing exceptional service to every guest Strong communication, multitasking, and interpersonal skills Calm under pressure and solutions-oriented Knowledge (or eagerness to learn) of food, wine, and cocktail pairings Familiarity with POS systems and handling transactions confidently Ability to stand and move for extended periods Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and following safety protocols
