Server/Waiter/Waitress The Hampton Maid 259 East Montauk Highway, Hampton Bays, NY 11946 About us R.AIRE at The Hampton Maid is a fine dining restaurant in Hampton Bays, NY serving authentic tapas and paella from Spain. We are professional, agile, innovative and our goal is to Provide quality and fresh local food to our guests in a friendly, welcoming and professional atmosphere.. Our team of talented Servers is responsible for delivering excellent service and bringing a smile to our customers’ faces. Whether you’re working in the dining room or out on the floor, you will be responsible for ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently, and that our guests have a memorable experience. We’re looking for Servers with the ability to anticipate guests’ needs and a genuine interest in hospitality.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently and accurately clear restaurant dining rooms and seating areas. Demonstrate knowledge of food items. Demonstrate knowledge of beverages, menus, and wine pairings. Serve food and beverages efficiently to customers. Treat customers with courtesy and respect. Work a varying schedule during peak dining times. Accurately enter orders into the computer system. Assist management with special projects.
