Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Banquet Server to join our team. As a Banquet Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our events by providing exceptional service to our guests. Your main responsibilities will include setting up banquet tables, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized banquet area. Responsibilities:

• Set up banquet tables with linens, silverware, glassware, and centerpieces
• Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
• Monitor guest needs throughout the event and promptly address any requests or issues
• Clear tables and clean banquet area during and after the event
• Assist with event breakdown and cleanup tasks as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in bussing, guest services, or the hospitality industry is preferred
• Knowledge of hotel or restaurant operations is a plus
• Familiarity with food service and banquet procedures is beneficial
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to anticipate guest needs
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
