Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and experienced Server to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests. Duties:

• Present menus and provide detailed information on food and beverage options
• Take accurate food and drink orders from guests
• Enter orders into the POS system and ensure accuracy
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness of the dining area
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Up sell menu items and promote daily specials

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Server
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and up selling strategies
• Familiarity with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations with ease
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
• Experience using POS systems
