What You’ll Do:

Everyone on our team is cross-trained to do a bit of everything in our Tasting Rooms, including: Lead wine tastings & create memorable guest experiences Educate customers on wine—we’ll teach you everything you need to know Upsell wine, flights, cocktails, charcuterie, and gifts Promote Wine Club memberships and MyADK subscriptions Bartend, serve, host, bus tables, and help during events Prepare small food platters and handle kitchen support Kitchen experience is a plus—especially with our Queensbury location offering sandwiches, flatbreads, salads, and soups Use our POS system to cashier and manage transactions Stock wine and retail items, wash dishes, and help keep the tasting room clean

What We’re Looking For:

Must be 21+ (tasting wine is part of the training!) Outgoing, reliable, and coachable Customer-focused and comfortable talking to guests Motivated to sell and help meet team sales goals Willing to learn about wine—no experience required! Available for at least 1 weekday and 1 weekend day Reliable transportation to Lake George and/or

Physical & Work Requirements:

Able to lift/move 35 lbs (wine cases) Comfortable standing and multitasking for long periods Use POS system, iPads, dish station, kitchen equipment Comfortable working at events with music and crowds
