Costumer services- waitress Bradley’s catering and cafe 2 Chatsworth Avenue, Larchmont, NY 10538 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist customers with their inquiries, process transactions, and ensure a positive experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs Handle cash and credit transactions while adhering to cash handling procedures. Provide information about menu items, promotions, and services offered. Ensure compliance with food safety standards during food preparation and service. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the service areas. Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations.
