The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, enhancing their dining experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest services. We are also seeking bright faces to apply for deli and line cooking! Cooks should have some prior experience in a kitchen, but it is not mandatory!

Responsibilities of food runners:

Deliver food from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food items. Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Will operate cash register and answer phones for orders.

Cooks:

should be able to deliver food and items in a timely manner to food runners. prior work experience in kitchen, which includes prep and cooking.

Deli:

will need to use slicer to prepare various meats and cheeses. will operate lottery machine to customers. will answer phone and take takeout and delivery orders. will do prep work as needed. operate cash register. Experience Previous experience in food preparation or culinary roles is preferred but not required. Experience with cash register Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
