Banquet Server Duties:

• Set up banquet rooms according to event specifications
• Greet and seat guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience
• Take food and beverage orders and serve guests in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout the event
• Clear tables and clean up after events
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines

Skills:

• Previous experience in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to provide exceptional guest experiences
• Knowledge of bartending and beverage service is a plus
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail, ability to follow instructions accurately and complete tasks independently
