RATE INCLUDES TIPS PAY DEPENDENT ON EXPERIENCE AND MOTIVATION

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or special requests
• Up-sell menu items and promote daily specials
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining
• Assist with basic food preparation as needed
• Handle cash and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
• Help prep and clean as needed
• Must be willing to work as part of a team and help with various other tasks as requested when necessary
• Must be punctual and reliable.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in food service or hospitality preferred, but not required
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers
• Willingness to learn and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
