Server Assistant Position Available In Dauphin, Pennsylvania

Join our team at the Houlihan’s Restaurant + Bar, modern American restaurant and bar located in the Hershey Press Building where you will utilize scratch methods by using real, whole ingredients to create dishes in our open kitchen. This position is responsible for assisting servers with the service of food and beverages to guests and maintaining a neat and orderly dining room and the guest service area. Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job): Interacting with guests in a professional and courteous manner

• Assisting servers with the service of food and beverage to guests as needed
• Pouring coffee and water for guests when required
• Assisting servers in restocking all dining and service areas, cleaning and resetting tables
• Ensuring that condiments are amply supplied on the guest table prior to the guests taking their seats
• Completing daily and weekly cleaning sheets
• Forwarding any guest concerns to the applicable wait staff person or supervisor
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Must be 16 years of age or older.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must demonstrate an ability to work in an organized and efficient manner Must demonstrate an ability to work with limited supervision Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers and staff Must present a clean and appropriate image

Job Demands:

The working schedule for this position includes a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
