Ideal candidates will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and will be able to work in a fast-paced environment while creating a personalized experience for each cutomer. Responsibilities include taking orders, delivering food, serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, greeting all guests, cleaning and stocking at the end of the night, and ensuring that all customers have nothing short of a pleasant experience. A successful candidate will be knowledgeable about all menu items and daily specials, have a welcoming and engaging attitude, and be able to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

Greet and seat customers. Set the tables. Take orders and serve food and beverages to customers. Answer questions about menu items, ingredients, and pricing. Check with customers to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to correct any problems. Handle customer complaints in a professional manner. Clean tables, chairs, and counters after customers have finished their meals. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area. Remove plates, glassware, and silverware after each party. Perform closing shift tasks
