Banquet Server Drumore Estate LLC 331 Red Hill Rd, Pequea, PA 17565 Banquet Server We are now hiring for the 2025 Season. Drumore Estate is a premier Lancaster County wedding/event venue featuring formal gardens, fountains, a historic Georgian mansion, and 70 bucolic acres. Drumore Estate is secluded and pristine, yet it is 11 miles south of the center of Lancaster city. The property boasts various versatile outdoor and indoor spaces, including a vintage Orangery, a climate-controlled Carriage House, and an open-air Grand Tent. The stunning venue is a perfect backdrop for our professional and personable service. No matter the occasion, we perfectly tailored the Drumore Experience to our client’s vision. Our wedding & events venue needs a team of Servers and bartenders to staff upcoming events. We focus on weddings, corporate meetings, and other small parties. We provide a full and robust menu. Servers are responsible for all table service duties as well as prep work and closeout tasks. If you’ve worked in a serving setting before, we definitely want to hear from you. Weddings are usually on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with a typical shift starting at 3 PM to about 11 PM. Must be available to work Fridays . The pay is hourly wages plus tips.
