In this role, you will be responsible for delivering food orders to guests promptly and ensuring that their dining experience is enjoyable and seamless. Your contributions will be vital in maintaining our high standards of service. Responsibilities Deliver food orders from the kitchen to the guests efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that all necessary items are provided for each table. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service. Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns promptly. Support bussing duties as needed to maintain a clean dining environment. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred. Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members and guests. Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
