Summary We are seeking a passionate Server to join our team at Trackside Station Grill & Bar. In this role, you will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our guests, enhancing their dining experience while contributing to the vibrant atmosphere of our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery. Provide exceptional hospitality by addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Requirements Proven experience as a Server or in a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest relations. Familiarity with cash handling procedures is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
