Busser/Food Runner Turning Point Breakfast, Brunch & Lunch Restaurant Collegeville, PA 19426 Job Summary This is a breakfast, brunch and lunch place open from 7am – 3pm Seeking for food runners and bussers. We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately. Assist servers by ensuring that tables are properly set and cleaned throughout service. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery. Help maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including clearing tables and removing used dishes. Support the team during busy periods by assisting with food preparation and restocking supplies as needed. Uphold high standards of food handling and safety practices in accordance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and ensuring satisfaction with their meals. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant, catering, or hospitality environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to work well under pressure. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations is a plus. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while maintaining a positive attitude. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to stand for long periods and lift items as necessary for service duties.
