As a Cashier, you will be the face of our establishment, responsible for providing exceptional service while handling transactions accurately and efficiently. Your role will involve working closely with customers, assisting them with their orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with menu selections. Operate the cash register, processing transactions quickly and accurately. Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and dining space. Assist in food preparation and kitchen duties as needed, including bussing tables and food handling. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Uphold health and safety standards in accordance with food service regulations. Requirements Previous experience in customer service or a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Familiarity with cash registers and cash handling procedures is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with customers. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Basic knowledge of food service operations is beneficial, including food handling practices. Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed. Speak Spanish.
