Food Runner/Busser Koji Fusion 554 Mill Street, Danville, PA 17821 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their orders promptly and accurately, contributing to an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be the vital link between the kitchen and the dining area. Duties Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow. Help set up for banquets or special events as needed. Support servers by refilling drinks and providing additional items requested by guests. Ensure all food handling procedures are followed according to health and safety regulations. Maintain an organized workspace, including the kitchen and service areas. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Knowledge of food handling practices is essential. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A passion for culinary arts and providing excellent customer service. Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift items as necessary.
