Full Job Description Summary:
Supports the serving staff to keep the dining room clean and stocked while providing exceptional customer service.

Essential Job Functions:
Acknowledges the guest and delivers beverage orders in accordance to serving standards Resolves order discrepancies quickly with food server. Supports the serving staff by maintaining stock levels of the dining room and serving stations. Assist in pre-bussing procedures while owning the process of bussing and resetting the tables. Ensures the initial delivery and refreshing of non-alcoholic beverages Performs all other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent. Six months or more related experience or training preferred. Must be available to work flexible shifts, nights, and weekends. Ability to successfully fulfill the pre-employment process.
Physical and Mental Demands:
Regularly required to walk, stand, see, talk and hear; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms. Frequently required to stoop and kneel. Must occasionally lift and/or move 25 pounds or more. Able to interact with others while maintaining a positive and courteous demeanor under frequently fast paced work conditions.
