Dining Room Server / Coordinator – $15/hour 3.1 3.1 out of 5 stars 24 Hikes Hollow Rd, Pine Grove, PA 17963 Providence Place of Pine Grove is seeking to recruit a compassionate, customer service driven individual to enhance our residents’ dining experience. The Dining Room Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that residents have a positive experience during mealtimes. This includes training new coworkers on proper dining room etiquette and procedures; ensuring an organized process for meal service; communicating dining room needs to the Director of Dining Services; and ensuring that the dining room is clean and set for lunch and dinner meals.

Hours:

Full-Time 10:30am – 7:00pm

Critical Success Factors:

Superb customer service skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Must work well as a team and be capable of leading a team of coworkers in the dining room Knowledge of food handling, dining room, and/or hospitality procedures

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:

High School diploma or GED. At least one year of experience in dining or restaurant service, preferred – Supervisory experience is a plus Completion of sanitation course (ServSafe) must be completed within 3 months of hire Successful candidate will be service oriented, demonstrate a positive attitude, and have a neat, professional appearance
