As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, preparing and serving drinks, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Responsibilities
• Greet and serve customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including cocktails, beer, and wine
• Operate a cash register and handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including the bar top, shelves, and equipment
• Manage inventory and supplies, including ordering and stocking as needed
• Ensure compliance with all food safety and handling regulations
• Use Aloha POS to process transactions and manage sales
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing time and prioritizing tasks as needed
• Provide excellent customer service, including resolving customer complaints and concerns
• Maintain a professional and welcoming attitude, even in a high-pressure environment
• Assist with events and functions, such as weddings and private parties
• Perform all duties in a safe and responsible manner Experience
• Prior experience as a bartender, preferably in a nightclub or restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food safety and handling regulations
• Ability to use a cash register and manage cash and credit transactions accurately
• Experience with Aloha POS and retail math
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights and weekends
