Lewisberry, PA 17339 Job Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Server to join our fine dining establishment. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for excellent guest service and a strong understanding of the food industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests by providing attentive service, showcasing menu items, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and friendly demeanor. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings, including daily specials. Take accurate orders using SKYTAB POS or other restaurant management systems, ensuring clarity in communication. Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner while maintaining high standards of food safety. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout the meal, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest inquiries effectively. Daily, deep and shift cleaning. Experience Previous experience in a pub or restaurant environment is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently while maintaining quality service. Excellent guest relations skills to foster a positive dining atmosphere and build rapport with patrons. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry is essential. Basic math skills for processing payments and handling transactions accurately.
