• Experience & Skills:

• Minimum 4 years of professional serving experience
• Proficiency with Toast POS system required
• Proven ability to work quickly and efficiently in high-volume environments
• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• Personality & Attitude:

• Outgoing personality with genuine enthusiasm for customer service
• Love working with people and creating positive dining experiences
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Professional demeanor with a friendly, approachable attitude

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to all guests
• Take orders accurately and efficiently using Toast POS
• Serve food and beverages promptly
• Handle multiple tables while maintaining quality service
• Process payments and manage guest check-outs
• Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
