) ATY Hospitality 102 Bay Street, Watch Hill, RI 02891 Our servers average been $30 & $35 per hour combining a very competitive server rate of $12 + TIPS!!! Sift Bakery is looking for an energetic an positive servers for the bake shop front of the house in Watch Hill, RI for Summer 2025. High school and college kids are heavily encouraged to apply! Servers are responsible for supporting the overall shift operations, sales performance, and execution of brand excellence in a store. Team members carry out responsibilities consistent with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements. Ensuring a warm and welcoming environment for all guests is paramount to our success which goes hand in hand with the uncompromising quality of all of our products which are made from scratch every day. Use of POS system is necessary. This position is either full or Part time, Memorial Day to Labor Day Summer 2025.
