Required Years of Experience 0-1 years Job Details The Server Assistant supports the service team by ensuring tables are clean, properly set, and efficiently maintained throughout guest service. They help deliver food, clear plates, refill water, and maintain a clean and organized dining environment to create a positive guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude. Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to the correct tables. Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently. Refill water glasses and assist with beverage service as needed. Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms. Communicate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Restock supplies such as silverware, napkins, and condiments. Follow all health and safety regulations and sanitation procedures. Handle guest requests or direct them to the appropriate team member. Support the team in creating a welcoming, smooth-running environment.

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant experience is a plus, but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift to 30 lbs. Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Working Conditions:

Fast-paced, often noisy environment. On your feet for long shifts. Shifts may include late nights or early mornings depending on restaurant hours.
