Food Runner Callawassie Island Members Club Bluffton, SC 29910 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Food Runner to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The Food Runner plays a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and that the dining experience is seamless. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of food safety practices, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Deliver food and beverages from the kitchen to guests in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and presentation. Assist servers by providing support during busy service periods, including refilling drinks and clearing tables. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure all orders are prepared correctly and promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall dining experience for customers. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not mandatory. Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and food preparation. Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and team members. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
