Our servers are responsible for enhancing the member experience by providing friendly, prompt, and attentive service. We are seeking friendly and attentive servers who enjoy providing the best member experience, while thriving in our fast-paced and welcoming environment. Previous customer service experience is required Thursday – Sunday and Holiday availability is required Starting pay $18.00+ per hour, DOE Hiring full time and part time

PAID Holidays Health Savings Account Server Responsibilities:

Serve food and beverage service to Long Cove Club members and guests. Effectively use POS system (JONAS) to ensure accuracy of food and beverage orders. Demonstrate a guest-first mindset by anticipating and prioritizing our members’ needs. Maintain knowledge of our menu to make suggestions for members based on their unique preferences. Prepare and collect checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes. Complete side work prior, during and after shift. Additional duties as assigned.

Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds. Consistent performance of repetitive motions. Capability to work in hot, humid, and noisy environments.
