As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests receive outstanding service throughout their visit. Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems, including OpenTable. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation meets our standards. Manage cash register transactions efficiently and accurately. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions guests may have. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Handle guest complaints or concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist in food preparation as needed during busy periods. Uphold high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred but not required. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly OpenTable, is advantageous. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments. Experience working in nightlife or nightclub environments is a plus but not mandatory. A passion for food and beverage service along with an eagerness to learn about menu offerings.
