Server Hilton Head Island Beach & Tennis Resort 40 Folly Field Road, Hilton Head Island, SC 29928

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent guest service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing any customer inquiries or concerns
• Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Perform basic math calculations to accurately process payments and provide change
• be able to work at both restaurants Coconutz and Jamaica Joe’z
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including the kitchen and dining areas
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for the next guests
• Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions in a timely and accurate manner

Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong guest relations skills with the ability to provide exceptional hospitality
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen safety procedures
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
