As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional dining experience by delivering outstanding customer service, taking accurate orders, and ensuring guests feel welcome from the moment they arrive until their last bite. Duties Greet guests warmly and provide prompt, courteous service throughout their meal. Present menus, answer questions about menu items, and offer recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately and enter them into the POS system. Deliver orders in a timely manner and check in to ensure guest satisfaction. Handle guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally. Maintain cleanliness of tables and dining areas, including resetting tables for new guests. Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service. Stay knowledgeable about daily specials, ingredients, and preparation methods. Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Qualifications Previous experience as a server, waiter/waitress, or in a customer-facing role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to guest satisfaction. Ability to stand for long periods and carry trays or food items as needed. Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant procedures is a plus.
