As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality and ensuring that our guests have a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Must have experience with high volume and have open availability. The right candidate may eventually be cross trained as a bartender. Duties Greet guests warmly and present menus with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and drink orders using a point-of-sale system. Upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness in the dining area. Handle food safely according to health regulations and company policies. Manage time efficiently to ensure timely service during busy periods. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance satisfaction. Requirements Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is required. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations. Excellent math skills for handling transactions accurately. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing time efficiently. Strong communication skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and commitment to providing outstanding customer service are essential. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
